FEEDBACK

As with any Community based project, it is imperative that any of the planned projects are backed by the people they are intended for, 'The Community'. On Wednesday 26th November the RLFI held its first community event. It was in the theme of an environmental quiz but also included an opportunity for the participants to give their thoughts and support of the proposed initiatives.

The following feedback was given on the 26th November:

Community Waste Management Project

2 Agree, 3 Don't Knows, 1 Disagree

Comments: This takes away from council initiatives and could impact their economics of scale.

Footpath Link and Road Calming Project

8 Agree, 0 Disagree.

Comments: Road calming yes, footpath not sure.

First Responders Project

8 Agree, 0 Disagree

Social Enterprise Store Project

6 Agree, 0 Disagree, 1 Not Sure

Comments: Good Idea but cost vs price will be important.

Farmers Market Project

7 Agree, 0 Disagree.

Comments; Farmers Rule!

Walled Garden and Orchard Project

9 Agree, 0 Disagree, 2 Not sure

Comments; Needs sustained resource commitment.

If you have any feedback with regard to any of our Projects please leave your suggestions on the RLFI forum. Please state the project that your feedback applies to and we will put them up on this page for everyone to see.
